Megumi

"Megumi" was originally sketched on my notebook, but a friend saw her and asked me to comlpete it.
So here it is. My deviation of number 99.

I'm very proud of the coloring and lineart, tough I'm aware of the many many mistakes. I seriously need to improve my BGs.

Someone might come over and say "But what if you delete stuff? It'll stop being number 99, then." I know. But It's the first time I hit the number 99 here on Da. No-one can change that.
