Ive come to the conclusion I need a new camera. Mine is big and bulky and sucks for photographing art. And theres only so much I can do with editing that wont ruin the drawing. Why cant I convince ym camera to capture things with as much light as it shows on the diplay before I press the shutter button?

This is a troglodite as the 3D&T RPG books taught me to think of one. AS I drew this of course, I immagined a character and a story for him.

He was left behind, abandoned or maybe kidnapped away from his group (I immagined 'trogs' being somewhat nomadic) and a group of merchants get him. Hes meant to be sold - a trog that young would definately be useful to someone. It could be taught to fight, or do labour. Theese things grow to ridiculous strength. But a girl in the troupe convinces them to keep the monsterling. And he grows. At two meters tall, he's still on the short side amongst his own. His 'mosterish' features and strength make a lot of people fear him, but in truth hes a gentleman. he takes up the work of protecting people, as a hired bodyguard. Granted, the people do not always want to be 'protected' by him, but he's not phased by rejection or meanness. Hes used to it. He's polite to those he works with and has an almost aggravating habit of showing to be more civil than a great many of the members of the more civilised races.
